Professional knives designed for cheese cutting. Useful for any need in the dairy sector. Realized in X50CrMov15 steel with polished blade and polypropylene handle. The handle assemly system ensures maximum strength in all use condition.
HARD LUX
Range of professional knives manufactured with NitroB steel with blade hardness at 59 HRC. The presence in the steel of a percentage equal to 0.4% of Nitrogen, combined with a special heat treatment, gives the blades a high edge strength as well as a marked resistance to corrosion. The handles are made of Polypropylene and thermoplastic rubber with a characteristic gray color. Non-toxic and sterilizable material.
ISIDE LINE
Developed in collaboration with Michelin Star Chef Iside De Cesare, it offers the best answers any cutting need in the kitchen. It is characterized by elegant and functional modern lines, with a full tang handle. The blades are made of NitroB steel with hardness of the blades at 57 HRC; this guarantees a high edge strength as well as a marked resistance to corrosion. The full tang handles are in polished POM and stainless steel rivets. Their special design is developed to offer a comfortable grip and optimize knife balance.
