The fire’s strength, the purity of water and wind and the tenacity of the earth form which the iron is from, are inextricably bond to create light, elegant and resisted knives for professional use, with a unique design and character like the country where they are made.

the strength

All the Maglionero’s products are made in stainless martensitic steel (AISI 420 family), matte or shiny, with thew addition of molybdenum, vanadium and nitrogen. Forged in ovens at controlled temperature, the blades are made to be long-lasting.

The handle,
the elegance

The handles used for Maglionero’s lines are made of PA66 nylon or propylene, non-toxic and non-slip.
The knives are suitable to both domestic and professional dishwashers.
