Iside De Cesare, the chef star of La Parolina restaurant, located in the territory between Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria, has chosen to give her name to this Maglionero’s product line, which is made to satisfy the finest needs in the kitchen. This line is characterised by elegant, modern and functional details.

Iside’s blades are made in Nitro-B steel with a 57HCR strength, which guarantees a high-resistance to corrosion. The hadles are in polished POM and stainless steel rivets. The handles’ design is studied to offer to the Iside’s products a comfortable grip and a perfect balance of the knife.
